When you have slept in a bed in a TARDIS, your spawn point is set at the bed's location in the TARDIS dimension [Dimension 52] you will spawn back there. If the bed is removed/destroyed; you spawn somewhere in the TARDIS dimension above a random TARDIS [The first TARDIS placed I assume]. Here's a screenshot of what happens:
