Dalek Mod Bugs found by Praeliux.

Dalek Mod Bug: Water not flowing.                             When an ore, that is underwater, is mined with the sonic screwdriver; it removes the ore block but the water won't flow into  the space until a new block change happens, as shown in this video:  https://youtu.be/E7qqZigNhx8

Dalek Mod Bug: Infinite Regenerations: I found a bug. If someone starts to regenerate and puts their regenerations into a fob watch, they still regenerate and gain -1 regenerations. But the problem is that they can refill a fob watch as long as it has 1 regeneration in, and the regeneration lowers such as:  -1 [ Hasn't Refilled], -2 [Refilled 1 regeneration in a fob watch], -3 [Refilled 2 regenerations in a fob watch], etc... This can be used to refill fob watches with at least 1 regeneration in. Here's a video showing this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kRHVwvoze0g&feature=youtu.be

DMU Server glitch: RTP Mob Removal                  found a glitch on the DMU servers: People can go up to a crowd of mobs and do /rtp then /back  ; When they are back all of the mobs have vanished. This can be abused to clear underground cities, Dalek asylums and a lot of things in general.  Here's a video for an explanation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YRANisr-wPo&feature=youtu.be

Dalek Mod Bug: Dalek Hoverbouts                                                  Sometimes, Dalek Hoverbouts have no Dalek on them, which causes them to wander around and, if a player is present, ram into players. Here's an example screenshot:

DMU Server bug: Item loss at restart                                       If items are in a crafting table, anvil, enchantment table or anything that isn't for storage, or the item is selected in the players' inventory, the items vanish at server restart. I've lost a stack of ores. This can irritate players and cause problems when crafting, etc.

Dalek Mod Bug: Above the TARDIS                                          When you have slept in a bed in a TARDIS, your spawn point is set at the bed's location in the TARDIS dimension [Dimension 52] you will spawn back there. If the bed is removed/destroyed; you spawn somewhere in the TARDIS dimension above a random TARDIS [The first TARDIS placed I assume]. Here's a screenshot of what happens:
