I had to make a new account so I could post this. I have forgotten my old account username and it's password. I only have the Email I used for it. I am not sure what to do about this so I am posting it here. I see no support for users that have lost their usernames on the website to my knowledge, and considering I have lost my password too I am not sure what I am able to do.

Hello, if you can send an email to our support from the email you used for your account we can retrieve your username for you and reset your password for you if required
