Why you think you should be pardoned early: I had completely forgotten to turn off my X-Ray mod off after leaving singleplayer, hence I was puzzled when I had been banned. It was a fault on my part for not checking, and completely accidental.

So you say you went to play singleplayer right?

Heres the thing. I went through logs.
You logged off of the serve at 12:02 (my time)
and rejoined at 12:11(my time) which is when the ban occurred.

That is enough time to download a mod put it in the folder and relaunch mc, not to play singleplayer long enough to forget a mod you had to have installed in this time.

Needless to say this ban will remain.
