Why do you think you should be pardoned early:

Long story short, I have two mod pack folders, one for single player Dalek mod survival and one for DMU. Carelessly on my behalf, I did not check which folder I was launching before joining DMU, it had been the single-player one which has an x-ray mod in it, unlike the DMU folder. I had no intent on using Xray on the server.
