can you make another fuel source called oil for the tardis or cars and make it spawn in little pockets under ground pls consider

This mod is to do with doctor who, not America. Plus fuel for the tardis is zeiton 7, toxic waste and coal. Plus it would be a lot of coding for oil to be added into the mod, for only 1 purpose

Ben, the TARDIS Fuel thing is also for 1 thing, and now you say we can't get oil for 1 thing aswell? (i'm talking about fuel for cars)
