or if that doesn't work then go to the .mineraft folder then to config if you see a dalek mod config file then delete it and restart your launcher.

Then delete the SWD folder in your user's directory.

All you need to do is go to the mods file folder and if you see a folder saying 'dalek mod', then delete it. Not the .jar file. The folder. You're welcome.
