While i was watching the Doctor Who episode ''Boom Town'' i heared the Doctor talking about ''Time Rift'' and ''Refueling''... so what my idea for the Dalek Mod is that there would be invisible time rifts around the world that can be used to refuel a TARDIS by landing (key can also be used) on that time rift and fuel it. You would need a timey wimey detector (since it's a time rift found by a TIMEy wimey detector). 3D glasses could also be used to detect them with the appearance of a group of particles.

This would make sense as the tardis fueling system in this mod is very inaccurate. When I told my brother to get toxic waste so we can refuel our tardis, he said 'ah yes, just like in the show'
