Description: The crafting recipe for coral stone has been removed.

What it affects in-game:

Image:(Image is from Update 61, where the crafting recipe can be seen)

that because coral stone can now be obtained on Gallifrey in Coral Fields (idk what the biome name is)

Hey, this is not a bug, but was done deliberate. ImCrazy is right. The coral blocks now all have their own crafting recipe, and coral stone has become a natural resource on Gallifrey.
