None of the nether Daleks spawn in the nether? Also why can I break Tardis blocks in .1 seconds like in creative mode?

Tardis breaks easly in creative because blocks break quite easly in creative if ya haven't noticed 

he means that he can break the tardis block in .1 seconds in survival
