What were you doing last on the server: the last thing i was doing was mineing and i do admit a was useing xray but i dont understand why was baned for 1 mouth then 2 days later prema band 

Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts): well i dont think i need to be pardoned for my 1 mouth ban because i do think that is within reason and i should serve that 1 mouth but for my perma ban i just dont think that is called for as if i was banned for a month  i could not acsess to the sever to xray agin. and the reason for my prema ban is due to the passed as i said in my last appeal i do think that was a miss understading as i dowlaod a mod witch the watchdog deteced that there was somthing in there what i was not aware of. i do think this is a big wake up call for me and i promiss not to do it again if i get to paly on the sever agin. and if it would be possabule i would like to talk to an admin on discord zaproe#3966. i would just like to say thank you for  giving me a good time on the sever i have had lots of good memories on the sever and think it has protental for somthing big thank you.

so after reviewing your ban and ban history it has been decided that your perm ban will be upheld as you have been banned previously for X-raying and other offences. 
This shows that you have not learnt your lesson from previous bans.
