Why you think you should be pardoned early: i asked the players before i player located them and i made the mistake of not waiting for there permission. Sorry Bug1312! 

Hello. As I'm sure you're aware, player locating is forbidden unless approved by the player you wish to locate. However, from our logs, I can see that you racked up 3 warnings for it within 30 minutes of the first one. I'm not sure that I can unban you as this proves you do not adhere to rules, or verbal warnings.. Appeal denied.
