What were you doing last on the server: the last thing that i was doing was mining and i do admit and guilty of using x-ray and I'm not going going to do it again and i have learnt form my crimes 

Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts): well i have had 3 month to think about all of the actions and crimes i have committed and I'm truly sorry that i have coursed  trouble on the server and i thin i should be pardoned because i want to be a functioning member of the community and give back to the community and if i can get back on i want to help the community also i want to prove to you guys that i am sorry by doing some sort of probation like  idk like maybe limit the hours I'm allowed on the sever or some one watch over me while i play or something for a set amount of time  like 3 day to 7 days and do review on my behaviour at the end of the week i just want  to prove to i am not bad anymore.

If you really show that you changed , so stop using these xray cause you have been banned again because of that . So for the moment we will denied your appeal but you'll be able to reappeal in 1-2 months and then we will retalk about it .
