We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts): The best way to start this is to state why I did this: DMU had honestly gotten boring so, in my foolish ways, I decided to lie to staff and use the image loaders for my selfish gain and I am truly sorry for what I have done. Being banned for 5 months has given me time to reflect on what I had done and how I had attempted to ruin other players' experiences by having an unfair advantage of rare items that I could sell for a high price. I am not asking for a straight up unban but to make the ban non permanent. I am once again sorry and hope that you can allow me to come back to DMU in the future.
