Apparently one day when I was buying beta and went back to my profile to my inventory, I did not have it even though I had purchased it. Please help me

it should be there unless the SWDTeam have not given it you yet, That's probably the case.

If you go to swdteam.com/orders you should see if it is completed. If it still says "Pending" then send an email to support@swdteam.com

 Then I suggest still sending an email xD

You've never purchased anything on the website. I've been through our sales logs and there is no record of you ever completing a payment. 

What? But I bought it with my own money! Even my dad saw me buy it!

Well send an email to support@swdteam.com with screenshots from your payment :) 

Send screenshots of the payment from PayPal to the support email.

Otherwise we cannot help you

 You would have been sent an email from PayPal that the payment went through. If you didn't get one then you didn't purchase it.

You just need to log into PayPal and take a screenshot of the transaction as proof
